  1. Thank you for all your pod casts, I enjoy them and find them very encouraging.
    Todays message for some reason has provoked two questions for me.

    Is it true that the Jewish form of slavery was different to the Roman / pagan form of slavery?

    Is it true that although we have outlawed slavery, slavery is still found throughout the world today?

    All any any help in establishing truthful answers to these questions and how these answers might impact on this verse would be very welcome.

    1. Hi Euan….yes it is true that the Jewish form of slavery was different because it was regulated by the Torah.

      Yes – slavery is greater now in the UK, Australia etc than it has ever been.

  2. Slavery got stuff done. That’s why it continued.

    Blaming White people for slavery is like walking down Tokyo’s Ginza and blaming cute young Japanese girls for Pearl Harbour.
