Fully agree on your views on the Flydubai flight to Tel Aviv.., where the Indian captain was a Hero in getting the cabin door opened, and against the odds after being axe attacked by the terrorist first officer, who being Omani.., should not have been permitted to fly to Israel..!
Heads should roll at Flydubai, for this serious breach of security..!
Had he succeeded in flying the plane into a Terminal building at Tel Aviv, that would have spelled the end of Benjamin Netanyahu’s presidency ( he did a great speech at the UN, calling out the Moral Cowards etc..!) and also the sacking of the chiefs of Shin Bet and Mossad..!
Divine intervention provided two pilots to fly the stricken plane to the nearest safe airport in the north of Saudi…
The middle east geo-politics would be a very different place today, had Mac the Captain, not fought off the extreme muslim terrorist, and with the last of his strength, and allowed the crew & passengers to detain & tie him up ..!
EL-AL is the safest airline in the world to fly.., and flydubai, quite rightly is banned from flying to Israel..!

I very much enjoyed Beauty for Ashes this week. Some topics were shocking (the Lazarus misinterpretation) as well as the passiveness of British Law in failure to deport criminals. I loved the contribution and music of Joshua Luke Smith’s poem. It’s a thumbs up to the Bards , who allow us to hear clearly the content of the mind without the over clouding nose of musical instruments.

Thank you for your msg.., re Divine Intervention…
This happens often without us knowing about it- in this case there would normally be one extra pilot on the flight, however in the flydubai case there were two, which was almost necessary to divert the stricken aircraft ( damaged tail fin…) to the nearest suitable airport, this time being Tabuk.
I worked in Saudi for some five years, hence know a bit about the people, islam, culture etc as well as the language..!
Unbeknown to us, living in kronos time, God will intervene in His Kairos time, and avert some potential disasters…
The odds, statistics and scenario was that the liklihood of the omani muslim extremist were very high in him carrying out his mission, to crash the aircraft into a Tel Aviv passenger terminal.
However, it is my belief that Divine Intervention took place, whereby the aircraft was saved, and no people were killed..!
Please check out many many other instances of this, from the OT to the NT, to other modern day events..!
