What’s your secret of time management? Don’t you sleep? I’m really impressed how you manage to find the time to listen to and evaluate all this material and do your day job as well.
I don’t really have a secret….and sometimes I get it wrong. My basic principles include a level of self-discipline. I try to read at least one hour per day (not including sermon prep or bible reading). I read widely. I take notes. I also split my day into three units – morning (writing and admin), afternoon – (pastoral and evangelistic), evening (reading, viewing and family). It doesn’t always work like that….but also I get up early and now go to bed early!
