  1. The Diocesan advice, that Jesus being the true Messiah is problematic, hits the nail on the head. I thought King Charles did quite a good job including so much of the Christian message in his speech. Cut him a bit of slack, he is head of a Church which appears to have a problem preaching the uniqueness of Jesus.
    The Diocese is correct. If you want to have a church which prioritises acceptability to the establishment over the Gospel message then you have to remove the problem. Remove the threat posed by the Messiah.
    We have a way to go yet before the futility of that strategy is acknowledged. Then again, the Messiah may decide to call time on it all.

    1. I think he included very little of the CHristian message – and negated what he said by his universalism and his view that all religions are essentially the same…whatever that is – it is not the Gospel….
