Great again David and very truthful reporting on what’s actually happening with Israel is commendable. Maybe you and other Amillennialists are finally starting to “get it”?? What’s going on with Israel and the world’s response to it, can’t be explained in any rational way. Until you understand the Bible and the prophetic references for Israel and what will happen in the Last Days! As the Bible says, “All nations will fight against Jerusalem and He will go out to destroy those nations and His feet will stand on the mount of olives” the very same mountain of olives where He left from and where the angel said He will return the same way! In book of revelation, it has the fact that people from every nation, tongue, people and tribe will belong to the Lamb, will be kings and priests of God and will reign on the earth! What about heaven?? Another question, why do we need a resurrected body if we are all going to heaven? Fact is, Jesus is coming back to earthly Jerusalem to rule on the EARTH and even when He hands the kingdom back to the Father, new Jerusalem comes down to earth and as the angel declares, “the dwelling place of God is with man” that is the most amazing scripture in the Bible. We are not going “up” to Him, He is coming down to us! Israel’s restoration and ultimate salvation is a firstfruits of this.
‘I will sprinkle clean water on you, and you will be clean; I will cleanse you from all your impurities and from all your idols. I will give you a new heart and put a new spirit in you; I will remove from you your heart of stone and give you a heart of flesh.’ This came to mind after witnessing ex-terrorists (Loyalist and Republican) give their testimonies in Northern Ireland this week. They laughed at the idea of now sitting together at the same table, after years of commitment to killer groups. What a stunning witness to the real transformation which Christ brings! The transformation of St Paul is replicated in countless millions of lives today………….
David, you chide the “Western liberals” for not mentioning South Sudan and yet this is the first mention you yourself have made of that country. You end that segment by asking your hearers to pray for Sudan — a slip of the tongue surely, but if you’re broadcasting to the world shouldn’t you be more careful in what you say?
You are such a negative, snide, misery guts! I have mentioned South Sudan in at least five different podcasts – as well as other articles! And I deliberately meant pray for Sudan – because South Sudan is being directly affected by the civil war….please take your misery elsewhere!
