BBC Local Radio Interview about Donald Trump’s visit

Justine Greene

This is the interview I did on Sunday with BBC Coventry.  I thought the presenter Justine Greene was lovely, intelligent and actually listened.  It’s a revealing conversation because it shows the level of misunderstanding there is about evangelicalism and the Gospel…and how so many are taking their impressions from media and from those who speak about us and not to us.  It was good to have the opportunity on mainstream media to provide a different perspective.

Does the BBC Reflect or Shape our Society?

  1. We can all see, and note, Donald Trump’s faults and failings but credit where credit is due (maybe other politicians are just better at hiding their agendas!!)
The tweet below by Trump is surely a ‘good’ thing? (quotation marks mine!) (note: Please pray for Andrew Brunson in prison for nearly 2 years, no air-conditioning in the heat of July, and for his family and for Turkey at this crucial time.)

“A total disgrace that Turkey will not release a respected U.S. Pastor, Andrew Brunson, from prison. He has been held hostage far too long. @RT_Erdogan should do something to free this wonderful Christian husband & father. He has done nothing wrong, and his family needs him!”
