Sadly the ghettos have been established in Britain a long time ago. ” Honour” killings have occurred both , in Britain and in Pakistan , of British subjects. Forced marriages also take place in Britain with the legal profession turning a blind eye. The ignorance of the secular state, and its leaders, are supported by a broad secular press , which is more interested in publishing soundbites and titillating readers than delving into truth to any depth .
Christians in Scotland have always been aware of the rise of Islam . I remember a prominent Minister of the Gospel . addressing our gathering while visiting , he said, “There is a new Mosque that has recently opened just down from my church.” His Parish was in Edinburgh and the tone in his voice gave an indication of heartbreak. That was over thirty years ago , Today, in our relatively small town on the West coast there has been a notable sudden rise in the Moslem population . What I fear for our country is the disturbance of Secularity and his comrade , Ignorance ,bereft of true Christian awakening , taking action on its own understanding .. The thought horrifies me !
