  1. At the start of that sermon Bishop Perry indicates that Peter and John act in PRIDE in sharing their story [Acts 3]. After establishing that non-biblical starting point, the sermon could only go rapidly downhill.

  2. Fantastic episode as always – keep up the good work. I do have one minor comment to make. You mentioned that Bluesky and mastodon are declining in popularity (or something along those lines). As someone who researches different social media platforms, I have to say the Bluesky is actually growing and doing pretty well.

Yes, the platform is liberal skewed, but the technology behind the service is fascinating. Essentially uses a decentralised system, so no one owns the entire platform. This is great for censorship resilience. X/Twitter, by contrast, is essentially centrally controlled. Whether you like Elon Musk or not, I don’t feel like he should have that amount of power for a platform that has hundreds of millions of people.

I’d really encourage you to look into Bluesky. It’s an interesting platform and there are people on the platform like us (the minority). You will definitely get a follow from me. 🙂
