A few points only to note, Re- so-called cryptocurrencies have zero asset backing, and are simply binary digits on a data server stored somewhere in the world, and are fuelled by speculation and risk. More people lose than gain from this fake ‘asset’ , however well used by the criminal fraternity to buy & sell guns, ammo & other globally illegal equoipment and substances. ., especially using the best known, being bitcoin…
Angela Rayner and the mostly bunch of lightweight clowns in the current labour cabinet, will of course mix up islamaphobia into racism, when in fact is is religiosity, being very different. There is no muslim race..!
Interesting that wine was served in French scools until 1956, and Jesus’ first recorded miracle being water into the finest red wine, which contains anti-oxidents & flavenoids that kills off the bad stuff, and generally gives longer life, hence the Med diet, being more healthy when wine is included..!
For any ongoing and future peace in middle east, hamas need to be totally taken out, and swapping about 3 Israelis for 153 hamas terrorists, does not seem a fair exchance of prisoners / hostages, where these released hamas soldiers etc will continue fighting in their mad ideology of destroying Israel.
A fine combination at a Burns Supper is of course Bagpipes and whisky or wine, along with the address to the haggis and partaking thereafter… Our Speakere Club Burns night is next Tuesday in Glasgow is not as exotic as the one you are going to in the lovely Hunter Valley, where the wineries were indeed started by a Scotsman, around 200 years ago..!

I also subscribe to Christianity Todays’ The Bulletin which comes out of Friday. Interestingly they provided a pretty scathing critique of the cut backs on USAid. They acknowledge the culture wars issues (and encourage listeners to check the facts before assuming claims about 50 Million on Condoms was true), but did a pretty good job showing the massive amount of great and Christian supporting work done. I realise CT is now in the cross hairs of the Christian right, but thought it was worth noting and checking in on.
